This project transformed the back of the home with a brand-new porch and sun room addition, designed to maximize both comfort and functionality. The enclosed sun room features matching brickwork and tile flooring, seamlessly tying into the existing home while providing a bright, relaxing space to enjoy year-round. Outside, the addition flows into a stone patio complete with a built-in fire pit, creating the perfect balance of indoor and outdoor living for gatherings and everyday use.
